Upon doing so, the potential client receives further information on how to sign up for a Strategy Session or IEP Roadmap service.

While this online intake process is designed to move as quickly and efficiently as possible, this system is not ideal for parents and guardians of children in urgent situations, such as those involving pending expulsion hearings, manifestation determination PPT meetings, or a change in educational placement that requires the parent to invoke "stay-put" under the IDEA. I ask that professionals who work with parents in these situations contact me directly, so that I can provide more immediate guidance or another referral, as appropriate. For fellow attorneys, please know that my personal policy is to neither accept nor pay attorney referral fees.
