Information for Attorneys, Parent Advocates,

and other Professionals

Thank you to all my friends and colleagues for your continued support! At this time, I'm requiring all potential clients to reach out to me using the contact form here on this website. Each new potential client will receive a detailed questionnaire to complete and return. Upon doing so, the potential client receives further information on how to sign up for a Strategy Session or IEP Roadmap service.

While this online intake process is designed to move as quickly and efficiently as possible, this system is not ideal for parents and guardians of children in urgent situations, such as those involving pending expulsion hearings, manifestation determination PPT meetings, or a change in educational placement that requires the parent to invoke "stay-put" under the IDEA. I ask that professionals who work with parents in these situations contact me directly, so that I can provide more immediate guidance or another referral, as appropriate. For fellow attorneys, please know that my personal policy is to neither accept nor pay attorney referral fees.

If you're new to the special ed universe, welcome! Feel free to use the website contact form to introduce yourself and let me know what sort of services you offer to children with disabilities and their families. I am also available for consultations if you're new to special education law/advocacy, if you have a general IDEA or Section 504 question that does not pertain to any individual client/case, or if you're looking for a speaker or collaborator on special projects, conferences, etc. Shoot me an email and I'll be in touch!
